aged cheddar

yesterday afternoon: gray skies. 

yesterday afternoon snack: yellow cheese.

cheddar on oat crackers 

sharp, sharp cheddar, aged, distinct.

fancy enough to crumble and nibble in small bites.

cheddar + 10 seconds in the microwave
 
but i'm not above nuking it to an oozy puddle. 

and not patient enough to avoid burning the roof of my mouth, every time. can't fight it. 

(bonus: this cheese is too strong for james' liking. note to self…)
