i’m not bragging, i swear, i’m reveling. working independently means i can start the day with a home-cooked meal and that’s pretty luxurious in my books. like farm fresh eggs, sauteed mushrooms and kale, fresh ground sichuan peppercorns and chili oil. although i confess, this is not what i ate today. today i had milk and muesli. it was fine. but just not the same. no. you can find me at the stove most mornings if you need me.
