This soda can be mixed to be as sweet or as subtle as you’d like, depending on the ratio of strawberry concentrate to sparkling water. You can swap the water out for ginger ale for something a little different and even sweeter, or use beer and make an interesting shandy, but I find that a 1:2 ratio with mineral water lets you enjoy the flavour of the fruit best. And of course, use whatever fruit you’d like–my next version will use blueberries and I’m definitely spiking that drink with some brandy.
